RAAF staff with their military dogs

One of 2022’s most interesting, and different, visits was made by a group of RAAF staff with their military dogs (Explosive Detection Dogs: EDDs) who were visiting South Australia in support of a local exercise.

They took the opportunity to come into the Museum and try to find some (planted) suspicious packages hidden away amongst our exhibits. Demonstrating their excellent levels of training they tracked these down in no time and then posed for some photos.
